Emre set for Fenerbahce move

NEWCASTLE`S Turkey midfielder Emre will sign a three-year deal with Istanbul side Fenerbahce next week, the Turkish press reported.

Fenerbahce confirmed on their television network FP TV that they are currently negotiating with the Turkey captain and his manager, but did not reveal further details.

But according to press reports the 27-year-old will sign a contract on Monday.

Emre joined Newcastle from Inter Milan in 2005 and is under contract until 2011.
