Bomb hits Spain`s Basque region - report

A BOMB went off in the early hours of today in the northern Basque town of Getxo following a warning call from the separatist group ETA, public radio RNE reported. No injuries were reported, it said.

The bomb exploded on the boardwalk of the seaside town located just outside of Bilbao at 00.50am (8.50am AEST), the radio station said.
