Woman loses child porn appeal

23.04.2008

A WOMAN involved in home-made porn films with two 14-year-old Adelaide girls has lost a bid to appeal her criminal conviction.

Rebecca Jane Clarke, of Goulburn in NSW, was convicted by a South Australian District Court judge in November 2007 for having incited the teenage girls to perform sex acts.

The then 23-year-old also was found guilty of producing child pornography.

Clarke, one of three people charged over the filming of six home-made pornographic films, had told her trial she believed the girls were 17.

She later appealed and today three judges from the SA Court of Criminal Appeal unanimously rejected her bid to appeal her conviction.
