A TEEN has been arrested after he allegedly drove off in the car of a man found dead in a house destroyed by fire in northern NSW. The 64-year-old man`s body was discovered early this morning at a property at Tingha, police said. The man`s panel van was not at the property and neighbours reported their son missing about 7.30am (AEST). Police spent the day searching for a car which they believed the teenager was driving. It was found abandoned in the nearby town of Inverell about 3.30pm. The teenager was arrested about an hour later in Stirling Street and is being questioned by police. Forensic officers remain at the crime scene in Tingha while a post-mortem examination will determine the cause of the man`s death.
