Before Olivia Newton-John`s gala fundraiser kicked off last night, the original Idol took to the State Theatre stage with the original Grease star for plenty of Summer Nights rehearsing.
But while Newton-John helped Sebastian feel at home by mucking around with the song that turned her into a pop-culture legend, the crooner was left in awe of the "gorgeous" diva he got to duet with.
"It`s a bit of a dream to be on stage with someone who`s had such an impact on the musical world," he told Confidential.
"And I can`t believe she is 60 years old - she`s beautiful and still an amazing performer."
Newlywed Newton-John - who secretly married millionaire herb company owner John Easterling not once, but twice, earlier this year - also shared the spotlight with Todd McKenney for a rendition of Peter Allen`s Tenterfield Saddler.
Some of last night`s artists - including James Reyne, Melinda Schneider and Chantelle Delaney - joined Newton-John in Beijing recently for a charity walk along the Great Wall of China.
Kate Ceberano, Christine Anu, Vanessa Amorosi and a host of other stars also put in their two cents.
All the money raised from the concert was donated to the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre Appeal.
And while her infamous black leather pants didn`t make a cameo, the Aussie battler recently revealed she stole them from the set of Grease and still has them at home.
